    1. Public Open Forum – Jonathan Butler, Diane Mallory
Jonathan Butler presented plans for renovations to the Masonic Hall building at 20 Lyme Street for conversion to a private residence including: removing the small addition on the west side and adding a chimney to the north side. The Lyme Street driveway entrance will remain. The Academy Lane entrance will be eliminated. A public hearing will be held on March 7, 2011 to review the CofA application.
Action: Advertise public hearing and mail neighbor notices (Martha Hansen).

    2. Plaque Program update – Martha Hansen
The plaque for 105 Lyme Street (Dr. Richard Noyes ca. 1814) has been delivered to Charles and Jill Todd.

Boxwood, 9 Lyme Street, presently has a National Trust plaque. Craig Silver feels that is sufficient.

Tom Keogh, 21 Ferry Road, would like a plaque. He will speak to his neighbors on Ferry Road about plaques            for their houses. Robin Sedgwick has already done extensive research on 23 Ferry Road.
Action: Contact owners of historic houses on Ferry Road - Lyme Street to Rte 156 (Tom Keogh).
Contact Robin Sedgwick (Martha Hansen).
Continue research: 24 Lyme Street, 45 Lyme Street, 60 Lyme Street, 68 Sill Lane (Martha Hansen).

     3. Business News & Secretary’s Report – Martha Hansen
Action: Contact State Scenic Road Advisory Committee re Scenic Road application (Martha Hansen).

     4. Other old or new business
The owners of 33 Lyme Street plan to add central air conditioning and a picture window to the south side of the house. A public hearing will be held after a CofA application is received.

A CofA application is not required for the replacement of a chimney at the Wyckford condominiums on Wyckford Lane (like for like).

Granite bollards are planned for installation this year on the South Green.

     5. Adjournment
John Forbis made a motion, seconded by Ken Levin, to adjourn the meeting at 10:30 a.m.
All present voted in favor. Motion carried.

   Respectfully submitted,

    Martha Hansen
